反壟斷監(jiān)管 anti-monopoly supervision
中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平8月30日主持召開(kāi)中央全面深化改革委員會(huì)第二十一次會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，加強(qiáng)反壟斷反不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)監(jiān)管力度，完善物資儲(chǔ)備體制機(jī)制，深入打好污染防治攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)。會(huì)議指出，要完善反壟斷體制機(jī)制，充實(shí)反壟斷監(jiān)管力量。
President Xi Jinping on August 30 stressed efforts to strengthen anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition regulations, improve the country's reserve system and fight against pollution. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks while presiding over the 21st meeting of the central committee for deepening overall reform. The anti-monopoly mechanism should be improved and the anti-monopoly supervision force should be strengthened, the meeting said.

黨的十八大以來(lái)，我們圍繞反壟斷、反不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，作出一系列重大決策部署，完善公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)制度，改革市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管體制，加強(qiáng)反壟斷監(jiān)管，推進(jìn)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)市場(chǎng)體系建設(shè)，推動(dòng)形成統(tǒng)一開(kāi)放、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有序的市場(chǎng)體系。針對(duì)一些平臺(tái)企業(yè)存在野蠻生長(zhǎng)、無(wú)序擴(kuò)張等突出問(wèn)題，我們加大反壟斷監(jiān)管力度，依法查處有關(guān)平臺(tái)企業(yè)壟斷和不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為，防止資本無(wú)序擴(kuò)張初見(jiàn)成效，市場(chǎng)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)秩序穩(wěn)步向好。

強(qiáng)化反壟斷、深入推進(jìn)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)政策實(shí)施，是完善社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的內(nèi)在要求。要從構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局、推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、促進(jìn)共同富裕的戰(zhàn)略高度出發(fā)，促進(jìn)形成公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境，為各類市場(chǎng)主體特別是中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)造廣闊的發(fā)展空間，更好保護(hù)消費(fèi)者權(quán)益。
The implementation of anti-monopoly regulations and policies promoting fair competition is an intrinsic requirement for improving the socialist market economic system. Efforts should be made to foster a level playing field, create broad development space for all types of market entities and better protect the rights and interests of consumers in accordance with the strategic vision of fostering a new development paradigm, and promoting high-quality development and common prosperity.
