President Xi Jinping has called on north China's Shanxi Province to further promote the transformation and development of the resource-based economy and strive to write its own chapter in advancing Chinese modernization. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks during his inspection tour in Shanxi from July 7 to July 8, 2025.

2025年7月7日至8日，習(xí)近平在山西考察，對(duì)山西產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提出新要求。要在扛牢國(guó)家電煤保供責(zé)任前提下，推動(dòng)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)由低端向高端、煤炭產(chǎn)品由初級(jí)燃料向高價(jià)值產(chǎn)品攀升，同時(shí)著眼于高水平打造我國(guó)重要能源原材料基地，配套發(fā)展風(fēng)電、光伏發(fā)電、氫能等能源，構(gòu)建新型能源體系。要扎實(shí)推進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，圍繞發(fā)展新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力因地制宜布局新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和未來(lái)產(chǎn)業(yè)，逐步形成體現(xiàn)山西特點(diǎn)、具有比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。要用好多元發(fā)展條件，優(yōu)化營(yíng)商環(huán)境，激發(fā)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體活力，把資源優(yōu)勢(shì)更好轉(zhuǎn)化為發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。
